TESTIMONIALS

"My name is Chris Flanary I am a drug addict and alcoholic. For years I suffered with alcoholism and addiction to meth. On January 1, 2007 my family got me into Clay Crossing. It forever changed my life. Not only did it teach me the tools of sobriety but it taught me how to live. My counselor Bruce taught me how to love myself and help me find a loving caring God whom I called Jesus Christ! It was there that Bruce told me a saying that touched me deeply. “I sought my soul my soul I could not see, I sought my God my God alluded me, I sought my brothers and found all three!” The friendships that I made at Clay Crossing still hold true today. My brothers in recovery mean the world to me! In October 2008 I open my own sober living house! I take in men like myself who have drug and alcohol problems. If it weren’t for Clay Crossing I would be in jail or dead like so many other addicts and alcoholics. Not only does Clay Crossing save lives, it gives you a life you never knew existed!"

"I enjoyed my time at Clay Crossing. My Counselor was amazing and I learned a lot from him. The support staff made my stay enjoyable." - Tom

"I learned a lot about myself and my disease. I am ready to live my life with this new knowledge." - Wayne

"Before coming to Clay Crossing my life was out of spiraling out of control in most areas of my life. During my time at Clay Crossing the fog was lifted. I learned a lot about my addiction, and the destructive behavior that goes with it. I have learned how to process my emotion, and not act on impulse. I now think through my decisions instead of react. I know that leaving Clay Crossing, and re-entering the world will be tough, fun new, exciting, and also a long road. I know if I continue to do the right thing there is a good life out there, and a light at the end of the tunnel." – Todd

"Clay Crossing is a great place. The Counselors help you to realize and rediscover your dreams. You saved my life.""Clay Crossing is the best at what they do! It’s as good as it gets!" - Scott

"My life before Clay Crossing was chaotic and painful. I had a bad relationship with my parents, and often had warrants out for my arrest. My life was centered on using, and getting out of trouble that I put myself in. At Clay Crossing I found some structure and stability. I learned how to apply responsibility to everyday life. When I got here I had a bad attitude, and did not want to be at Clay Crossing. I worked on having a more positive attitude. I have found a new appreciation for sobriety. After Clay Crossing I am going to college to study Health and Exercise Science. I plan on playing football, and wrestling when I am there. I will pursue further training in martial arts, and hope to go to the Black House in Brazil. I know that I want to stay sober, get married, and have children. – Nate

"Clay Crossing is an excellent program. I am so glad I came here for 90 days versus a 30 day program. My Counselor was awesome and taught me more than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Clay Crossing. It changed my life." - Mike

"My daughter found the website. They saved my life. I was a very lost, broken and hollow man. Every day that I was there I realized that I had a purpose in life. Ronnie was my counselor and he worked with me and helped me find the tools that I needed to become the person I am today. The staff genuinely cares about the clients. I'm very thankful for everyone at Clay Crossing for all they have done for me. If you work the progam, the program will work for you." - Wayne S.
